Visitors

WelcomeIt can often be daunting going to a new church….”will they do things differently?”, “will I make a mistake and be embarrassed?” We hope that the following information is helpful. If you need anything clarified, you can contact us now or simply ask one of the people who will shake your hand on arrival. We want you to feel at home as you join us for worship.

Service Times

Morning Service – 12pm (11:30am during July and August)

Evening Service – 6:30pm (all year)

Where to sit

There are no reserved pews in the church. Whoever greets you at the door can help you get to a pew that you are comfortable with.

Offering

Offering plates are located as you enter the church. Currently we do not lift an offering during the service.

Disabled Access

There is access for wheelchairs at the side of the church

Singing

In Connor we sing Psalms, Hymns and Spiritual Songs. We use music and words from the current as well as past generations. Words for the songs are displayed on a screen.

Hearing Difficulties

We have a loop system installed in the church. Simply put your hearing aid to “T” position.

Bible

The vast majority of our readings are taken from the New International Version (NIV) of the Bible. We do not have Bibles located in the pews but there are bibles in the vestibule for you to use.

Creche facilities

There is a creche for all infants that is open throughout the services.

Parking

There is ample parking within the church grounds

We look forward to welcoming you to Connor
